("Terms and Conditions") applies to your access to and use of
the website, mobile apps, and purchase of online products (“Products”) and services (collectively,
the "Services") provided by Busy Bee Eco Party ("Busy
Bee Eco Party" "we," or "us").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be
bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and
Conditions, you may not access or use our Services.

when you access or use our Services.
Busy Bee Eco Party reserves the right to change any of
the Terms and Conditions contained in this Agreement or any policies or
guidelines governing the website or Services, at any time and in its sole
discretion. If we make changes, we will post the amended Terms and Conditions
to our Services. Any change shall be effective upon posting it on our website.
If the changes, in our sole discretion, are material, we may providing notice
through our Services. You are responsible for reviewing the notice and any
applicable changes.
By continuing to access or use the Services on or
after the Effective Date of the revised Terms and Conditions, you agree to be
bound by the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised
Terms, you must stop accessing and using our Services by the time the changes
become effective.
Eligibility and Registration
To use certain features of our Services, including
purchasing our Products, you may be required to create a Busy Bee Eco Party
account (an "Account") and provide us with a username,
password, and certain other information about yourself as set forth in the
Privacy Policy including your real name, address, phone number and e-mail
address, along with other information that may be required from time to time.
You shall be at least over the age of 18 in order to
create an Account. You shall not create more than one (1) account. Busy Bee Eco
Party reserves the right to refuse the use of the system and services to anyone
at any time for any reason without notice.
You are solely responsible for the information
associated with your Account and anything that happens related to your Account.
You must control the security of your Account and promptly notify Busy Bee Eco
Party if you discover or suspect that someone has accessed your Account without
your permission.
You will not license, sell, or transfer your Account
without our prior written approval.
Payment options
Busy Bee Eco Party currently accepts PayPal payments and Direct debit payments. Upon
completion of your order, you will be directed to PayPal website where you will
be asked to enter your credit card information. You do not need a PayPal
account if you want to pay using PayPal.
Returns
We proudly offer a 100% money back guarantee on all
online orders, which do not meet our customer's satisfaction due to damages.
Refunds will be granted and credited back to your account no later than 5
business days after the product has been received by Busy Bee Eco Party.
All intended returns must be notified to busybeeecoparty@gmail.com
within 7 days of receiving the purchased products. Purchases must be returned
within 30 days of the original date of purchase in order to receive a 100%
refund.
Please note our return policy is not applicable to
plants or perishable products. We do not offer any returns on personalized
or custom products. Although we strive for customer satisfaction, we
reserve the right to deny any returns if there is no evidence of the damage.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We are happy
to exchange any item provided the item comes back to us
within 30 days of
delivery and in the same conditions it
was sent in.
Please send us an email to receive a return
merchandise authorization number and our address, we will not accept any
exchange without a prior authorization from us.
Items must be unused, unopened, unworn and should be
returned in their original packaging.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on personalized or custom-made items.
You are responsible for the shipping costs to send the items
to exchange back to us. For your protection, we suggest to send all
returns to us through a traceable carrier. If we do not receive the returned
item, we will not be able to process your return or exchange.
Please note our exchange policy is not
applicable on plants or perishable products. Although we strive for customer
satisfaction, we reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges.
Sale tax
A sale tax (“GST”) of 10% is included in the price of
the Products.
Sustainable Packaging
We use exclusively compostable and/or recycled
materials to package your order. We do not purchase bubble wrap, Styrofoam
packaging or any other non-sustainable packaging materials. We try to make sure
that our suppliers follow the same guidelines, however if one of our suppliers
delivers any Products wrapped in non-eco-sustainable material, we will recycle
it rather than directing it to a landfill.
Our goal is to process, and deliver, every order as
quickly as possible. Most orders will be processed and delivered within 5
business days. Please allow extra 3-7 business days if your item is
personalized or custom made.
Lost/Stolen Packages Policy
Please make sure that you are providing us a correct
delivery address that accepts deliveries also after regular business hours. If
our system shows that your order has been delivered, Busy Bee Eco Party shall
not be responsible for lost/stolen package.
Busy Bee Eco Party shall not be responsible if the delivery has been attempted but not
accepted. Refunds shall not be issued and your order shall not be delivered
again.

System Integrity
Undermining the use or working condition of Busy Bee
Eco Party website and Services is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use of
passwords or user accounts is also prohibited. Do not share your account
information with third parties. You are solely responsible for maintaining the
security of your password or for any use of or action taken under your Account.
If your password is compromised you must change your password.
Privacy Policy
Acceptance of this Terms and Conditions and
participation in our Services implies your acceptance of our Privacy Policy.
Copyright
All Intellectual Property including Trademarks, Logos
and Domains are the exclusive rights of Busy Bee Eco Party. You do not
acquire the right to reproduce, distribute or transform any of the Intellectual
Property. All software used by Busy Bee Eco Party is the sole property of
Busy Bee Eco Party and may not be used by any other party in any way, shape or
form.
If you believe that your own work has been copied in a
way that constitutes copyright infringement, please contact us at our postal
address in writing.
Your Content
The Services may contain information, text, links,
graphics, photos, videos, or other materials (“Content”), including
Content created with or submitted to the Services by you or through your
Account (“Your Content”). We take no responsibility for and we do not
expressly or implicitly endorse any of Your Content.
By submitting Your Content to the Services, you
represent and warrant that you have all rights, power, and authority necessary
to grant the rights to Your Content contained within these Terms. Because you
alone are responsible for Your Content, you may expose yourself to liability if
you post or share Content without all necessary rights.
You retain any ownership rights you have on Your
Content, but you grant Busy Bee Eco Party the following license to use Your
Content: When Your Content is created with or submitted to the Services, you
grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive,
transferable, and sublicensable license to use, copy, modify, adapt, prepare
derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display Your Content and any
name, username, voice, or likeness provided in connection with Your Content in
all media formats and channels now known or later developed. This license
includes the right for us to make Your Content available for syndication,
broadcast, distribution, or publication by other companies, organizations, or
individuals who partner with us. You also agree that we may remove metadata
associated with Your Content, and you irrevocably waive any claims and
assertions of moral rights or attribution with respect to Your Content.
We appreciate your valuable feedback and comments and
we reserve the right to publish or remove or edit any of your feedbacks and
comments to Busy Bee Eco Party. Reviews that are obscene, obscure, offensive
shall be immediately removed. Any review that contains competitor’s product
information, links to third parties’ websites, personal information or any form
of spam shall also be removed from any of our media outlets.
If you do create a link to Busy Bee Eco Party, you do
this at your own risk and the terms and conditions on this page apply to your
usage of our website.

websites, products, or services, which may be posted by us as well as by our

The Products’ descriptions and all information related
to our Products or Services is supplied to us by our suppliers and
manufacturers. Busy Bee Eco Party does not make any representations or warranties
with respect to any Product sold or information provided in our
Services. Busy Bee Eco Party is not responsible for any manufacturers’
defects of any products sold on the Services, and is not liable for Product
usage defects (see Disclaimer).
Busy Bee Eco Party recommends consulting with a health
care professional if there is any concern that a product may contain an
ingredient that could trigger an allergic reaction or other health
problem.
The price of
the Products may change at any time and
Products may be out of stock at any time. In case Products are out of stock, we
will shall inform you immediately via email and refund your money completely.

make no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not

Busy Bee Eco Party does not
control, endorse, or take responsibility for any content available on or linked
to the Services or the actions of any third party or user. While Busy Bee Eco
Party attempts to make your access to and use of our Services safe, we do not
represent or warrant that our Services or servers are free of viruses or other
harmful components.
In no event Busy Bee Eco Party shall be liable for any
loss or damage including without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or
damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising out of, or in connection with,

will not be liable for, the Services and Products being temporarily unavailable
due to technical issues beyond our control.
Safety Disclaimer for the Products
Choking hazard - Our Products are not considered toys, and as such,
all small children should always use our Products only under strict adult
supervision. Some Products have the potential to contain small pieces and
sharp edges. Babies and young children may choke on small parts from the
Products and therefore please use our Products with care around small
children. Although all Products are made of natural materials, they are
not to ingest. Some of our Products might be fragile, if not handled with care
or if dropped on a hard surface, they could break.
If purchasing our Products
for children, it is important to consider their age and stage of development.
It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian/carer to gauge the suitability
of our Products.
Busy Bee Eco Party and its owners are not responsible
and shall not be liable for any loss (including but not limited to personal
injury, death, and damage to or loss of property) due to the use of the
Products.
By purchasing any Products from our website, you, as a
buyer, are aware of the disclaimer and will not hold Busy Bee Eco Party and/or
its owners responsible.

no event will Busy Bee Eco Party, its officers, directors, employees, agents,
its affiliates, its suppliers or licensors, be liable for any special,
incidental or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation,
damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
information, loss of goodwill; work stoppage; hardware or software disruption
impairment or failure, repair costs, time value or other pecuniary loss)
arising out of or in connection with this agreement or the use or inability to
use our Products, Services and software, or the incompatibility of the software
with any hardware software or usage, or negligence of Busy Bee Eco Party or of
any of its officers, directors, employees, agents, its affiliates, its
suppliers or licensors.
No Warranties
You, as buyer agree, that Busy Bee Eco Party is not
providing any warranty, covenant or representation with respect to the Products
sold by Busy Bee Eco Party and that all such warranties, covenants and
representations are provided by the manufacturer. Without limiting the
generality of the foregoing, only the manufacturer can provide you with
warranties of title, non-infringement, merchantability or fitness for a
particular purpose.
You hereby acknowledge that Busy Bee Eco Party, the
data entered into the software, or any of the Busy Bee Eco Party Services may
be incorrect, or may be publicly available, or may not be or become available
due to any number of factors including without limitation periodic system
maintenance, scheduled or unscheduled, acts of god, technical failure of the
software, errors and omissions made in uploading data, failure of
telecommunications infrastructure, or delay or disruption attributable to
viruses, denial of service attacks, increased or fluctuating demand, power
failures, system or server failure, travel delays, internet failure, hackers,
and actions and omissions of third parties.
No Agency
This Agreement does not give rise to any agency,
partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee
relationship between your and Busy Bee Eco Party.
Governing Law and
Jurisdiction
If you have an issue or dispute, you agree to
first raise it and try to resolve it

Any claims arising out of or relating to these Terms
and Conditions or to our Services that could not be solved informally shall be
governed by the laws of New South Wales without regard to its conflict of laws
rules.
All disputes related to these Terms and Conditions or

you consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.
Termination
You may terminate these Terms and Conditions at any
time and for any reason by deleting your Account and discontinuing your use of
all Services. If you stop using the Services without deactivating your
Accounts, your Accounts may be deactivated due to prolonged inactivity.
We may suspend or terminate your Accounts, or ability
to access or use the Services at any time for any or no reason, including for a
violation of these Terms and Conditions or our Policies.
The following sections shall survive any termination
of these Terms and Conditions or of your Accounts: Your Content, Indemnity,
Disclaimer and safety Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, No Warranties , No
Agency, Governing Law and Jurisdiction, Termination, and Miscellaneous.
Miscellaneous
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire
agreement between you and us regarding your access to and use of the Services
and purchase of the Products. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or
provision of these Terms and Conditions will not operate as a waiver of such
right or provision. If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is, for any
reason, held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms and
Conditions will remain in effect. You may not assign or transfer any of your
rights or obligations under these Terms and Conditions without our consent. We
may freely assign these Terms and Conditions.
