offer a 100% money back guarantee (minus any shipping costs if
applicable) on all online orders, which do not meet our customer's
satisfaction due to damages or defects. Refunds will be granted and
credited back to your account no later than 5 business days after the
product has been received by Busy Bee Eco Party.
All intended
returns must be notified to busybeeecoparty@gmail.com within 7 days of
receiving the purchased products. Purchases must be returned in their
original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase in order to
receive a full refund.
Please note our return policy is not
applicable on plants or perishable products. We do not offer any returns
on personalized or custom products. Although we strive for customer
satisfaction, we reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges if
there is no evidence of the damage. Original shipping charges are
non-refundable.
Exchange
We are happy to exchange any item provided the item comes back to us within 30 days of delivery and in the condition it was sent in.
Please send us an email to receive a return merchandise authorisation number and our address, we will not accept any exchange without prior authorisation from us.
Items must be unused, unopened, unworn and should be returned in their original packaging.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on personalized or custom made items.
You are responsible for shipping costs in sending an item to be exchanged back to us. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceble carrier. If you do not send your return via a traceable shipping method and we do not receive the item, we will not be able to process your return or exchange.
